The welcome email is sent to subscribers after they've confirmed their subscription. This is your first opportunity to engage with confirmed subscribers.
When it's sent
This email is sent immediately after a subscriber confirms their subscription by clicking the link in the confirmation email. The welcome email can be disabled in your settings if desired.
Customizing the welcome email
You can customize this email by navigating to Settings > Subscribing > Welcome.
To enable or disable the welcome email, go to Settings > Subscribing and toggle the "Welcome email" setting.
Default template
The default welcome email template includes:
- A friendly welcome message
- Information about your newsletter
- Instructions on how to manage their subscription or unsubscribe if needed
